Plenty of room, good quality furniture convenient bathrooms
Fridge was a little small for the amount of people.
Parking was a little tricky for all of our cars

I loved the beautiful neighborhood and weather at the time of my stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were orderly and clean. The kitchen provided all necessary items for my use. There was plenty of parking space for my family as we had multiple rental cars.

It is a beautiful property in a great location with views of the water. The house fit twelve people and had additional sleeping for three. Loved the sun room and the short walk to the water. It was only a short ride to the train station into Boston.
The listing said that breakfast was provided but it was only coffee and tea. The listing also said it slept up to 20 with four sofa sleepers, but there was only one sofa sleeper and one chair that converted to a twin sleeper. Would like some games and puzzles for down time.
