This essential lake house sits right on the lake front on what is referenced as the gold coast of Gun Lake due to its perfectly golden sandy bottom beaches and expansive views with the cleanest freshest water on the lake in part to the springs. With no road to cross to the lake and no busy road in your back yard you can sit back and enjoy all the lake has to offer in peace. The large expansive dock complete with loungers give plenty of room for a large group to hang out all day in the water. Plenty of seating on the deck to watch the sunset while cooking on the Weber grill. Inside will not disappoint as it has been completely rehabbed and shows like brand new. Great location, super clean house, very cute and plenty of space. We rent twice a year at gun lake and this was one of the best properties.

Check in was a breeze. House was remodeled and in great shape. The highlight (of many) was the sandy lakefront. Great for swimming. Great vacation.

This place was perfect, we had the grandchildren all under 7, they loved playing in the water daylight to dusk. It was shallow and warm. I love gun lake and hopefully I will be back.

Beautiful location, excellent sandy bottom right in front! Lovely home with perfect layout for family! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and grill with everything you need! Dock is solid and extra large dock area is perfect for fishing, sunning, and early morning coffee! We love it so much we are booked again for next year!
