About this house rental
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a quiet Cul-de-sac on the South side of town, Lakeside of the highway, short drive to the Havasu Riviera launch ramp.. There is plenty of seating in the Living room with a flat screen Smart TV with Cable and Wi-Fi internet included. The Kitchen hosts all the necessities including a Dining table that seats 4. Tile flooring throughout. Indoor laundry room for your convenience. Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a private bathroom including a stand alone shower. Guest bedroom has a Twin bed and a Twin/Queen Bunk bed with a TV that plays Blueray DVD's ONLY. Full Guest bathroom with Shower/Tub combo. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the front porch or the backyard near the Pool. Comfortable seating in both areas. Backyard has a covered patio with BBQ and table and chairs to enjoy the sunsets or sunrises. Garage is NOT available. Lots of parking available on the side of house. Water Softener. Rentals 30+ days will be responsible for any electric over $150 a month. CAMERAS ARE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES ONLY

The property location was perfect, close to everything. Boat parking, refreshing pool, plenty of space, everything for cooking for a family. We really enjoyed our stay, easy checking in and out process.

The property us clean and functional. We were on the lake for most of the time, so we didn't use hardly any of the amenities. Didn't do any cooking and only made coffee in the morning. Didn't use the pool because it was too cold. Nice location for grocery store for boat supplies. Bashas has a very good selection. Has a nice selection of DVD's but didn't watch any. Good internet speed though. Neighbors are friendly. Asked how our day on the river went.Overall, no complaints
