Great value for money, lovely continental breakfast included. Excellent location. Th window which overlooked the main street didnt have a net curtain so had to keep the curtains closed

Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. A little noisy when the pubs let as it’s on the Main Street, but great location.

Exceptionally great value for a busy seaside town such as Newcastle. Check-in staff was excellent as were the rest of the staff we met. The continental breakfast was absolutely adequate and free, so great value. Room facilities were adequate as well and the bathroom was great with plenty of hot water and shower get, shampoo etc.. Great location, free parking right outside and nearby. Highlight was The Donard being so dog friendly and dog welcoming. Definitely now my place of choice to stay when we visit Newcastle.

Staff on check in were absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. My room was great, plenty of space and very clean. Played in the game room with my nephews who loved it, plenty to keep kids entertained. Excellent location to
