My stay at Sosuite at The Loxley in Old City Philadelphia was overall a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding my room. I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. After a long day of travel and feeling jet-lagged, this was initially disappointing.
However, the staff quickly turned the situation around. The team member who assisted me was incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate. She immediately contacted her manager and kindly offered me an alternative apartment, which resolved my concerns and made me feel valued as a guest.
The replacement apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, including complimentary snacks and bottled water for both me and my guest. The kitchen was spotless, and having access to laundry facilities made the stay even more convenient.
One of the best parts of this property is its location. Situated in Old City, it is centrally located near restaurants, attractions, shopping, and everything you could possibly need during your visit to Philadelphia.
While the check-in experience could be improved, the outstanding customer service, clean accommodations, and prime location made my stay exceptional. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond— I will gladly stay here again and look forward to being a returning customer.

I enjoyed my stay here. I had the studio with the courtyard view,so it was nice and quiet. The room was very clean,and came with the basics you would need if you planned to make your own meals. I did not have an issue with check in or noise. The neighborhood was walkable and I felt safe alone. I would definitely stay again.
