Super value for money - Literally 7 minutes from the bus station and railway station in Mestre. The bus stop to Venice is directly across from the hotel and is €3 return (the trip to Venice takes 10 minutes)
The friont desk manger is extreamly helpful and courteous. Our bedroom had a double bed and a single bed. The double bed was huge ! Although in the centre of busy Mestre it is very quiet at night time - I had the best nights sleep ! The shower is a bit old but lashings of hot water. We didn't have breakfast there simply because we aren't breakfast people.
When we checked out we were able to leave our bags in the hotel until later in the evening which is a lovely gesture.
If you are planning to visit Venice I would highly recommend this hotel as its excellent value for money, clean and friendly

Very convenient to catch the bus out to the canals. Buy bus tickets from bar nearby. Easier there.

friendly staff, large room with bathtub, shared microwave and kettle in a room provides variety of self cooking.
overall, entire hotel is a bit old. nice if there are shampoo and conditoner, instead of a shower gel.

The staff was nice and location was close to the mestre train station.
It was very old and worn out. The toilet pipes were leaking and the towels were not enough.
