Very bad experience

No proper response from the number given and no hospitalaity no room service no lift

We lost a back pack in the parking area the staff who found it were unbelievably kind honest and tender never experience

Nice place to stay great pool, nice room.

Good location, not far from the center of town, quiet and great pool.

Check in was all AI, we had a problem with the parking , couldn't get a sensible answer, made it all a bit stressful.

A truly enjoyable holiday spent with family

I am familiar with the location as have been travelling to L'Escala for a number of years now. The apartment was lovely and clean and had a great view of the pool. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Accessing the code to the apartment was a painful experience. I kept receiving messages to complete the guest reservation link (I did not receive a link) it was not clear what needed to be completed and ended up using 'WhatsApp' to communicate with the hosts (who sent the link to the guest reservation) even when this was completed I did not receive the code until we landed in Girona at 21.30 after I sent a further message to request an apartment number and a code. This was the only problem I had and once we got over that the experience was great. The hosts were great via WhatsApp and couldn't of been more helpful.

Las instalaciones son correctas para la cantidad de huéspedes. Teníamos una bonita vista al mar y, en general, no se escuchaba ruido a la noche. Destaco los espacios comunes, el hall y la piscina.

El código para acceder el Parking no funcionaba. Más allá de eso todo perfecto.
