- Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Silvio
- Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür an der Straße (obwohl sie nicht zur Unterkunft gehören)
- Schönes neues Badezimmer
- Geräumige Wohnung
- Keine richtigen Bettdecken
- Müllbehälter vorhanden. Für längere Aufenthalten ab ein paar Tagen ist der Müll schnell voll. Silvio hatte ihn dann geleert. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt

O serviço de limpeza podia estar implícito na estada.
De resto, tudo ótimo.
Para quem ficar no Tera, convém ter carro.

L'alloggio essendo un piano terra non è molto luminoso, ma d'estate è ottimo per evitare le temperature elevate
