Directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Smell the ocean air while you relax on the porch off kitchen or deck off front bedroom with ocean and sunset views.

Walking distance to South Kingstown Beach, East Matunuck Beach, Potter Pond and Deep hole a popular surfing and fishing area.

Ice cream shop and Seaview Market Place all within walking distance.

Enjoy your stay at the Marilla a vintage boarding house circa 1902. The building contains 6 apartments. There are 5 apartments ready for your enjoyment.

This apartment has a ground floor entrance and is a townhouse style with the kitchen and living room on first floor and bedrooms and bathroom on second floor. You will enter in the front of the building. The door for the apartment is on the left.
