Excellent establishment, newly refurbished, feels like new. It provides all amenities you may need. The location is the best you can get - right in front of the Ermoupolis port, just a stone’s throw from most sites of interest. Bus stop in front of the property. Our room ‘the balcony’ was amazing, overlooking the port, with fantastic views. High ceilings, conveniently air conditioned, fridge and coffee machine on site. Sound proof, double glazed windows, kept the room really quiet. The owner and staff very kind and friendly, always there for anything we needed. No breakfast served, but that was not an issue as plenty of breakfast options just around the property.
We couldn’t hope for better venue for our holidays. We will certainly come back.

Location and cleanliness.
Not worth the price
• No help with bags on arrival or departure with 2 floors of steep stairs
• Towels only changed every 3 days, even in summer
• Very noisy rooms at night with noise from upstairs rooms (footsteps, pounding, doors slamming)— building’s age blamed, but better soundproofing solutions are available specially when charging premium rates.
• AC vents blow directly onto the bed, very uncomfortable
Basic comfort issues that shouldn’t happen at this price point.
