I liked the rooms, beautiful interior design, there’s air conditioning, nice play area, though the weather was not favourable.
The stuff was unprofessional,
The waitress who was serving us had no sense of customer etiquette.

No spare key , room was not cleaned
Charged for breakfast and never got it,

Shower dysfunctional
Cleaners only cleaned inside, the foyer and balcony very dirty. A dead gecko 🦎 lied on the front door garden side. Workers walk behind room’s afternoon and morning disturbing peaceful relaxation and meditation

Overall experience was good
Website does not clearly align with room amenities. Was forced to upgrade as the 1 Room Chalet did not have braai facilities, although the website and pictures indicated it, similarly staff did not provide correct info. Shower water pressurre is very low and hot water is limited.
