Location, easy self check in / check out. Big parking at the back makes it easy to park with a large trailer.
Dogs are allowed.
Nice looking building, good landscaping.
No.staff on site. Someone smoked marijuana in one of the rooms in the middle of the night and the smell was seeping in our room.

The room was a great size. Altho the fridge could use a defrost and wipe down. Shower was great.
We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open. The website did not tell us this. I had checked out the menu and it looked very good. It was strange that there was no staff on site but we didn't need anything.

Close & cheep.
Outside not being taken of, looks like used to be a great property. Grass long, gardens over grown, no staff around.

It was clean. The shower got nice and hot. The temperature was easily controlled.
The bed mattress was bad... like sleeping in a bowl. It needs immediate replacing. The moldy plastic shower curtain needs to go in the trash. It was gross and icky. The window screen was cut completely in half with half missing. It would have looked better to not have any at all.
