Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement. L'hôte était agréable et disponible pour nos questions ou demandes.
L'énorme point fort est sans aucun doute son emplacement exceptionnel proche de tout en plein centre ville et à l'abri du bruit extérieur. L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable et nous avions tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour.
En revanche, il nous paraît important de relever plusieurs points.
Tout d'abord l'appartement est très sombre, malgré les petites fenêtres, vous ne verrez pas beaucoup la lumière du soleil.
Ensuite, le chauffe eau : si vous appuyez par mégarde sur le bouton "off" du chauffe eau (se trouvant à côté du bouton de la lumière) vous n'aurez tout simplement plus d'eau chaude avant plusieurs minutes d'attente.
Mais le plus embêtant pour nous a été le bruit de l'appartement du dessus. Rien de fou, simplement des pas venant du plafond très mal insonorisé. À partir de 6h du matin, dans l'après-midi ou encore le soir jusqu'à 22h30-23h (pas super quand on a un enfant en bas âge).
Il nous paraissait important de le préciser car quasi aucun commentaire ne le mentionnait et ça nous a pas mal dérangé.
Au final l'expérience de Split est restée une belle et agréable surprise pour nous malgré des petits points qui ont pu se révéler frustrant parfois.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He personally met us on arrival, which made us feel very welcome from the first moment. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras such as coffee, soft drinks, wine, and cleaning supplies. The host also kindly arranged an early check-in and a late check-out, for which we are very grateful. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The unit is a great size for two people, with a well-equipped small kitchen, good-sized fridge, and everything you need for a comfortable self-contained stay. The bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. Despite it being very hot during our stay the property stayed cool and had a well functioning air conditioner.
We enjoyed a few meals in the little courtyard. Having a washing machine with an outdoor clothes line was a real bonus, and everything dried quickly in the warm weather.
Stipe was a fantastic host. We were grateful to be offered an early check-in, and he met us at the property to help navigate the arrival. Very helpful given the narrow roads and the number of accommodations in the area.
The location is excellent — within easy walking distance of everything in Old Town.
Being a ground floor apartment, you can occasionally hear movement from upstairs neighbours which may be noticed by light sleepers. It wasn't really an issue for us at all. There is also a church nearby whose bells rang on Sunday morning at about 9.30am, but otherwise the property was very quiet.

Das Appartment liegt in der Altstadt jedoch etwas ausserhalb, so dass es keine Geräuschkulisse bzgl. der Geschäfte gibt. Auch der Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen.
Hier kann ich nichts erwähnen. Ein größeres Fenster wäre für die Helligkeit des Appartments vorteilhaft, ist aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
