Estudio equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio, en una zona tranquila a unos 15-20 min andando del cruce de Shibuya.
La parada de metro tenía líneas que nos nos ayudaban mucho, así que íbamos directamente a la estación de Shibuya.

- location okay (10min walk to Shibuya)
- bed comfortable
- check in was easy
- shower room was very good
- washing machine - no laundry powder provided.
- Pillows uncomfortable. Need another set (x2) a little firmer so guests have options
- No blind on East facing window so trying to sleep in is not possible without a sleeping mask.
- No tea towel to dry dishes - this was inconvenient.
- unable to cast to television from devices - update TV set
- Only 1 key provided, again inconvenient where there are two people staying.
- difficult to dry clothes - a rope or clothes horse would help for things that can't go into a dryer
