Family friendly 2022 Aspen trail bunkhouse 38FT, with private master bathroom & Hidden pantry! We have set this trailer up for a family adventure to make memories to last a lifetime!

*Please note: If trailer is brought back or left excessively dirty. Inside or out, there will be an additional $75 fee added on top off the mandatory $75 cleaning fee.
If bedding is returned stained or ripped an additional charge of $20 per item will also be applied.
*Please note: There will be a $150 charge to empty waste tanks if not done prior to drop off. (This applies to renters towing the RV)
*Please note: The power awning can be used but we do ask that every night it gets brought back in and if it gets windy at all to retract it back in so it doesn't get damaged. Any damages to the awning will be deducted from the security deposit.
*Please note: We expect that you refill propane tanks before returning unless you choose for us to handle that for you for an additional fee.
*Please note: RV toilet paper is the only toilet paper that will be allowed to use. If other toilet paper, wipes or objects are found there will be additional cleaning fees up to $200.
*** Your rental will come with a few complimentary items: Welcome kit, 1 package of water bottles, S’mores kit, Coffee K-Cups, Hot Cocoa cups, Sugar, a Cream cups.
** Upon request if you are using Walmart pick up. We can have your food picked up and ready for your trip!
