Enjoy a road trip in this uniquely hand crafted 2500 Mercedes Benz camper van.
This van has seat belts for 5, two captains seats and a crew bench.
Millennivan can sleep 2 adults and two kids under 120lbs. The weight limit is due to the cabunk suspension style bunk beds over the front seats. Which works well for children or small adults. My wife and I enjoyed a recent 3 month road trip with our 2 and 4 year old. They didn’t always sleep in the cabunk. So the rv king bed was great when we all felt like being cozy together.
The little kitchen works well for simple meals with the single burner propane stove/sink combo. A quick snack using the microwave is very convenient. The refrigerator is surprisingly large. The 3 stage whole van water purification system comes in clutch for refining already treated water or if questionable water sources is the only thing you have access. The 3 stage system claims to protect against virus, parasite and bacteria. Also a convenient exterior propane hookup is located behind the right rear tire for use of the flat top grill.
The small interior shower/toilet space is convenient as a foot wash station. The cassette style toilet (tiny by separate) is simple to use when sewer hookups are scarce. The outdoor shower is great for a rinse after a swim or hike.
When not hooked up to shore power ‘Falcon’ can last approx. 5 days with little to no sun with the 600Ah battery bank or as much as 10 days with the 200 watt solar system subsidizing the batteries during the sunlight hours.
Climate
In cold conditions the diesel under seat heater keeps this incredibly over insulated rover nice and toasty. We have slept comfortably at 10* Fahrenheit for multiple nights in a row.
In warmer weather there are duel maxxair fans installed for great air circulation. Although there is no independent air conditioning unit onboard this Eagle 5 diesel explorer gets 0.2 gallons per hour when at idle with max a/c turned on Ludicrous speed.
Don’t fret on diesel prices cause this space explorer gets an average combined fuel efficiency of 19.3 mpg. Tested and verified over the last 14000+ miles.
