La vue est exceptionnelle! L’hôtel sublime et le restaurant excellent ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à Maurice même dans les 5*.
Le spa est également incroyable.
Nous sommes initialement venu déjeuner, puis petit déjeuner puis finalement dormir tellement le lieu a été un coup de cœur. Et le personnel est également très gentil et attachant. Nous le recommandons +++

Mind blowing location with great views of ocean and Le morne
Great service . People are very friendly. Dinesh, Sharon, Kareena, Malena and Raj in particular were really helpful
They don’t give a mattress / extra bed which doesn’t make any sense for such a big property
Poor in-room dining options and limited food options at restaurant for a property of its size

Établissement de haut standing très récent avec une vue magnifique sur le morne et le lagon.
Chambre magnifique et super bien équipé.
Petite remarque: Piscine non chauffée en hiver dommage vu le niveau de l’établissement.

Rooms are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The pool area is also very nice and has a very pleasant atmosphere.
We were disappointed with the communication and the way an issue during our stay was handled.
Our room key card stopped working on the second day. We went to reception and asked for it to be fixed, and we were told that the issue had been resolved. However, next morning, the card stopped working again, so we had to return to reception again.
Later that day, when we returned to the hotel around sunset, the key card had stopped working again, and we were unable to get into our room. We had to go back to reception once more, and as a result, we missed the last sunset of our stay. This was especially disappointing as it was our final evening of our honeymoon.
Having the same problem occur repeatedly, even after reporting it, was frustrating. We felt that the communication and follow-up could have been much better, especially given that we had already raised the issue more than once. What disappointed us further was that no gesture of goodwill or meaningful effort was offered to make up for the inconvenience. Even a small gesture or a simple acknowledgment of the situation would have made a difference, particularly considering that this was our last evening of our honeymoon.
We also informed the hotel that we were staying for our honeymoon, but no special touches or welcome gestures were offered during our stay.
