We had a wonderful stay at Stephen’s place. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, especially when our travel plans changed unexpectedly.
A lovely little apple tart was waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. The accommodation was perfect: very comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and everything was clean and well prepared.
Stephen’s kindness and hospitality really made the difference. We highly recommend this place and would happily come back!

Casa baja con mucho encanto. Perfecto para 7 personas.
3 habitaciones muy amplias y 3 baños.
Falla que no tiene microondas y lavadora. Para nosotros unos básicos al ir a casas cuando hacemos ruta.

Logement au calme situé à 1 km d'une route nationale, à 1 km d'un château (qui ne se visite plus) et à 1 km d'un lac.
Stephen a été bien accueillant.
3 grandes chambres avec 3 sdb et 3 WC. Idéal pour 6 personnes environ (possible à 7)
Il y avait de la poussière dans le logement
Il manquait un micro-onde et idéalement un lave-vaisselle mais rien d'indispensable

The host was very communicative and friendly. The property was spacious and quiet, and parking was convenient.
I wasn't clear upon rental that the property was shared with the host, as the booking advertised the whole house and showed a picture of the front of the property. In reality, the property is a first-floor apartment, with the host living above. Entry is around the back. The cleanliness was less than professional, and the towels and soaps seemed to be those of the owner rather than designated for guests. There were spiders and other bugs throughout the apartment, and at one point a cat seemed to have gotten into one of the rooms from an open window (that we didn't open). As my son is allergic to cats, that wasn't ideal, although it wasn't a room we were using, thankfully.
