Sunny Studio in the Heart of Venice - A

Location, so close to the beach. Bed was comfortable and sheets were super soft.

Shower takes a long time to warm up I was scared there was no hot water the first time I used it, a note to say please let it run for a while to let it warm up would have been handy. They say you will be charged for stained towels yet every single towel except one had a stain on I messaged with a picture with the first one I found and said just so you know this is already stained and I don't want to be charged they said we'll send round housekeeping. I told them not to worry and that there were plenty of towels. However after I started checking them they all had different types of stains and said please could they bring new towels. They never did. You have to take your trash out but the trash bin outside was locked ended up walking down to the beachfront to dispose of it. Was also woken at 6am by the person upstairs dragging stuff around. It needs a freshen up too, lots of marks, scuffs and dirt on the walls.

The location was good and the suite was very clean.

The WiFi was working very good and the light lamps didn’t work.

Emplacement parfait entre la plage et les bus , un peu loin pour le downtown et Hollywood mais Venice est tellement sympa ! Appartement propre et très confortable , enregistrement très facile

The staff was very friendly and replied to everything very fast. Also, the location is great if you want to move around Abbot Kinney

There was no noise cancelation at all. I could hear everything from the first floor. Whomever was staying there had a huge fight throughout on whole night - couldn’t sleep at all. So be mindful if booking ground floor. Second, there was a bad smell throughout my stay, like public toilets, I don’t know where that came from, but it was really distinct and unpleasant. Finally, the bathroom was filled with small flies or bugs? I did mention all the above to the owner and he/she immediately arranged a service crew to fix it, but even after there were flies and the smell pressed on the following day.
