Location close to everything needed.
Staff was responsive and accommodating.
Bed was comfortable and liked the A/C unit.
Simple but comfortable living room space.

No parking. Some third party booking sites say free parking, but it is misleading. Had to read into the reviews for clarity. Unit B has no assigned space next to it. Staff made some allowances which was very appreciated, but had to park a night 2.3 miles away for a fee.
Bathroom can use updates. Dresser in there smells like mildew from the bathroom humidity. Did not use due to condition. Bathroom floor is cracking and shows black and dirt. Shower is pretty rough with low water pressure. Bathtub faucet pressure alone is phenomenal though.

Gostei bastante da acomodação. Todos os itens (moveis, roupas de cama, etc) eram novos. Tudo muito limpo. A acomodação era exatamente como as fotos.
O unico ponto é que a porta e janela dá direto para a calçada, então não era possivel abrir a janela e também não era tão silencioso, porem nada que tenha comprometido minha estadia.

On traverse la rue et on est dans l’océan Pacifique et on est vraiment dans le cœur de Venice B
De LAX c’est une dizaine de kilomètres en voiture ça va vite
Je n’avais pas de parking comme normalement c’était indiqué (dans ma recherche sur Booking j’avais coché dans les filtres PARKING) En réalité ils parlent d’un parking gratuit et public qui est à 4km du studio
Enfaite il y a 4 places pour les studios à l’arrière du bâtiment mais les 2 sur la Pacific Av les studios A et B sont sans parking et se garer à L-A c’est quand même pas une mince affaire. Il y a intérêt à savoir interpréter les panneaux de stationnements sachant que le week-end à Venice tout est gratuit et il y plein de monde qui débarque pour la plage du coup pour réussir à trouver une place il faut tourner. 😬
