It was close to UBC.
Didn’t see any people and WA sniffed by mattress on wall .

Good location, easy to find and good access to public transit and local stores. The agent was very helpful, and generally the entry instuctions were good. Room was clean and comfortable and had good lighting for reading
It was not clear to me that the door handle for the room IS the keypad for entry. You have to touch the handle until it lights up - and don't omit the * at the end! Also, there was no spare toilet paper and none appeared the day after I asked for it.

Very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable and we had a great rest.
Maybe slightly could be cleaner in the kitchen

Affordable price, and convenient location near UBC Vancouver.
4 bedrooms need to share 1 bathroom. Thankfully, I was able to use the nearby Anytime Fitness to shower.
