This property is in an ideal location for the beach and the main shopping areas in Benidorm.
It has been totally refurbished inside and has a lovely layout with everything you could possibly need.
You have the strip directly behind the accommodation, it can be loud outside but from inside the apartment you can barely hear it.
It didn't disturb us at all.
The views from the accommodation are fantastic, this apartment is on the 13th floor 😊 Only one of the lifts will go up to the 13th floor, but that isn't a problem as we could also use the one that went to the 12th floor and it was only one flight for us to walk up or down, very simple!
The lifts broke down and a couple of days after we arrived but our lift remained working out of the three.
They were repaired the following day!
I then seen a large delivery arriving outside the apartment a few days later.
I didn't realise what it was until we left the apartment to go out and find it was all the new parts to rebuild all three lifts!
The work was starting on them this morning Monday the 14th of September, so that is very good news that they are going through a complete refurbishment.
When you arrive at the office to collect your keys for the accommodation, it is just a short walk down to the apartment from the office.
We took the Hoppa bus from the airport and it dropped us at Buddies bar, the Gestaltur office is just across the street on the next corner from the drop off point.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
When you come out of the office, turn right then first right, walk straight down to Del Avenida Mediterráneo and turn left. Go along for past two corners and just past the Don Pancho hotel is the apartment block.
It is one street back from the beach, an ideal spot.
The mattress on the beds dipped in the middle and it was giving me pain in my hips.
I had to rotate the mattress and that was better for me.
I informed the office that the Aircon unit was leaking water and that the mattress was giving me some discomfort.
They sent someone out straight away to look at the Aircon and the beds, the boy that came out thinks new mattresses are needed.
I am sure they will replace them.
He said that was normal for the Aircon to leak water in those hot conditions, it was 34c.

The location was great for nightlife, the beach and restaurants. Lovely sea view.
No dislikes. Initially I was not happy about the damage retainer fee as I hadn’t seen the link before booking and hadn’t budgeted for it.
It was my first trip to Benidorm and after seeing what boozy nightlife is like I understand why it would be necessary to ask for damage retainer fee. The fee was refunded very quickly after returning home too and so it was very fair.
