The room was very clean. Great location to visit Pisa. I absolutely need to let a few words for Silvia. She was incredible, waited for us until evening for check-in. Always, I repeat, always with a huge smile. Thank you so much!

It was a quiet location. The apartment building was in a calm neighbourhood, which made it a great place to relax in the evening. The room was spacious and modern, and there was also a shared common area where you could have breakfast in the morning or play a game in the evening. It really felt like a comfortable place to retreat to after a day in the city. It’s also a great base for exploring Pisa, especially the Leaning Tower.
Sylvia was also a wonderful host. She was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond, and she was happy to think along with us, for example when we needed to store our luggage for a little while. We had very good communication with her throughout our stay, which made everything very easy and pleasant.
There wasn’t really anything that disappointed me about the accommodation. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s a little further from the train station, so walking there with suitcases might be a bit much. It’s worth checking the public transport options beforehand.
The only thing I missed was a balcony. This is already clear from the description, so it wasn’t a surprise, but having a balcony where you could enjoy breakfast in the morning or sit outside in the evening would have made the stay feel absolutely perfect. That said, if you are there for a short stay, it doesn’t take away from the accommodation itself.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was great. Silvia welcomed us and helped us check in quickly. Street parking was easy to find and the neighbourhood felt safe. The accommodation is in an apartment building, with private rooms accessed from a shared hallway. Our room was comfortable, and we also appreciated being able to store some things in the fridge.
