About this towable trailer rental
2022 Coleman Light 1905 Bunk House
Sleeps 5-6 people. Queen Master Murphy Bed, Double over rear bunks. Dinnette converts into a bed. Dinette seats 3-4 people comfortably. This is a fantastic light-weight trailer weighing about 5,600 pounds and is easily towable by a small truck or SUV. Comes with an outdoor kitchen stove to stay connected so all will enjoy the outdoors together. Outdoor shower as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dinnerware, utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, basic seasonings, mugs & cups, cutting boards, etc. Basic cleaning supplies are included. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, shower, and a storage cupboard. There is a sunlight w/fan. The main dining area has 2 bench seats with storage under each. There are large windows with blinds. The kitchen has a fridge & freezer, gas stove w/oven, microwave, hood vent w/light, sink, faucent, and cupboard space. You can also connect your favorite device to bluetooth and listen to music. The stereo is connected to speakers throughout the trailer. There is storage under the couch (murphy bed) for sheets, blankets, etc. There are storage closets on each side of the bed. There are USB charging ports next to the bed and on the bunks. The air conditioner & the heater cover all areas of the trailer. The outside shower is wonderful for spraying off mud before entering the trailer!!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
***NO smoking, NO vaping (NO exceptions*** Any hint of smoke will cause the ENTIRE deposite to be forfeited.
**NO ANIMALS** We love animals and understand that they are a part of the family, but they can be really hard on the inside of a trailer.
- Trailer must be returned in reasonably clean condition, inside & out.
- Pick-up time is 3pm-4pm and drop-off time is 10am-12pm. (unless you would like to add early pick-up or drop-off for an aditional fee)
Cleaning:
- Please clean RV & remove all belongings prior to returning the RV. This will help us deep clean & sanitize everything for our next renters.
**IF THE RV IS NOT CLEAN WHEN RETURNED WE WILL CHARGE A $100.00 CLEANING FEE**
**Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to the RV during your vacation. Please communicate with me, I am more than happy to work with you & understand that accidents happen. Please report anything you notice so we can get it fixed for the next group.
**Renter is responsible for emptying the black tank at a dump station (typically $5 fee) and top off the propane that was used during the trip (if you do not know how to do this, we will meet you at a dump station close to drop off)
- DO NOT EXTEND THE AWNING IN ANY AMOUNT OF WIND CONDITIONS.
- NO RUGGED ROADS. MAINTAINED DIRT ROADS ARE OKAY.
