The property was very clean and the location was fantastic. The staff in the property were amazing and nothing was ever too much for them, they were so helpful, accommodating and friendly!! Thank you for a great stay.

The only downfall about the property was that the rooms are very small

Wonderful location, convenient for strolling to the tourist sites. Outstanding staff, really went the extra mile for us. Spotlessly clean, compact but well appointed room. Sweet little rooftop terrace with a view of the sea.

The water went off halfway through a shower but this may have been a neighbourhood rather than hotel specific issue

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is amazing, especially if you want to be close to Istanbul’s main historical attractions. Hagia Sophia was practically right behind us, with Topkapı Palace and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. There was also a cute little bazaar nearby, and the surrounding streets were full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. If you don’t feel like going far from the Fatih area, you honestly have everything you need within walking distance. What made our experience even more special, though, was the staff and their incredible hospitality. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, social, and attentive. They helped us with reservations, gave us recommendations, and always took the time to ask how our day went or whether we enjoyed the places and activities we had visited. One day, it was raining when we were heading to Topkapı Palace, and they even gave us umbrellas to take with us. It’s those little gestures that really made us feel taken care of. I especially want to give a special thank you to the gentleman at the lobby, who went above and beyond for my mom and me throughout our stay. Whenever we called a taxi, he would come outside with us, wait until it arrived, and even open the taxi door for us. He was always incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. On our first day, we mentioned that my mom loves having a balcony because she enjoys sitting outside with her coffee and looking at the view. We had originally booked an economy room, which was smaller and did not have a balcony. He explained that there were no balcony rooms available at the time, but told us that as soon as one became available in a few days, he would gladly move us. And he actually remembered and followed through! We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony at no additional charge.

Location is great, although it's a bit of a hilly area. If you have some walking disabilities then this is not for you. For us it was fine and we walked within a few minutes to the Arasta Bazaar (Çarşısı) and lots of good restaurants before that!

Nice place, and kind staff but the main issue was that the room was too small! The luggage hardly fit anywhere and made walking next to the bed impossible. Maybe good for a 1 day stay or with a very small luggage. We ended up staying only 1 day.
