Calm and pleasent

We really enjoyed our stay at Residencias Requinte and would go back without hesitation!

A relatively modern building divided on two floors, with a minimalist décor, the space was very pleasant and quiet to live in. We loved the location of this property. In a residential neighbourhood but only a 15-minute walk from the village center. We also appreciated the feeling of being in a home-away-from-home, all to ourselves. Flavio was very accommodating with all of our (few) requests. Indeed, the stove was not working at our arrival and the next day he replaced it with a new one! Amazing. Any inquiries that we had were replied to promptly. So we were well-looked after while the attention was not intrusive.

We went during the off season. As such the weather was cooler and the house was more humid. Fortunately, there was a dehumidifier in the house and this made it much more comfortable. To say that we didn’t like it would be too strong a comment. It was more that we didn’t expect it but that we were able to alleviate our discomfort with the dehumidifier.

Perfect place to discover Pico and Faial

I was really surprised by the apartament. It is a wonderful two-level house with a garden and a parking spot. The rooms are very stylishly furnished. The location was very quiet but not far from the city. The view from the bedroom through the large window is beautiful. What I really like is that there was enough coffee for the whole stay and even some snacks :) The host Flávio was very nice and always available. It's really 5/5
