We had a wonderful stay in Bergamo and can recommend this apartment without hesitation. The location was excellent, and the apartment itself was exceptionally beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped.
What impressed us most was the outstanding communication with our host. He contacted us via WhatsApp one or two days before our arrival and provided us with all the important information about the apartment and check-in, as well as many helpful tips for exploring Bergamo. He even told us about free parking just around 50 metres from the apartment, which was extremely helpful.
The check-in was fully automated and very easy, so we were not tied to a specific arrival time. This made our journey much more relaxed.
By coincidence, we also met him briefly in person, and he was every bit as warm and friendly as his messages had suggested.
Even breakfast was provided in the apartment, along with cold water in the fridge. These thoughtful details are far from something to be taken for granted and made us feel genuinely welcome.

Мое основное впечатление от Давиде - он щепетильно относится к обслуживанию гостей (чего от владельцев аппартаментов, как правило, не ожидаешь, а ожидаешь встретить в четырехзвездочном отеле). Например, чтобы гостям было проще попасть в номер или выйти на улицу, он снял удачные видеоинструкции. Ключи снабжены цветовой маркировкой (но ее надо обновить, а так идея супер). В номере все на своем месте, даже включены кондиционеры, чтобы заранее создать комфортную температуру. Ответы на наши вопросы были самые информативные - и у меня не было ощущения, что они в тягость. А к необходимым формальностям подход у хозяина довольно тактичный.
В наш визит в Бергамо пошел сильный дождь, но в квартире были симпатичные зонтики. Очень предусмотрительно.
В обоих номерах были отличные кровати с упругими матрацами и без дурацкой спинки в районе ног. Полноценные одеяла вместо любимых в Италии полотенец. Неожиданно и приятно :) Обстановка, на мог взгляд, уютная и элегантная, а не прагматичная / утилитарная. Цвет мебели и штор хорошо попадает в тон стен. Ванная комната отремонтирована роскошно.
В доме есть лифт. Сам дом далеко не новый, но уютный и аутентичный. И так даже лучше.
Если я снова окажусь в Бергамо, то долго выбирать, где переночевать мне не придется.
- В коридоре по совершенно непонятным причинам было очень жарко. Это не имело значения - в каждом номере был кондиционер или можно открыть окно. Просто загадочно.
- Продуктов на завтрак сравнительно много, но они не самые полезные. Чисто на мой вкус было бы лучше наоборот, но большинство, наверное, предпочтет сладкие снеки и тосты, а они как раз были в наличии :) С другой стороны, в этом ценовом сегменте завтрак и вовсе большая редкость. Так что жаловаться здесь было бы неуместно.

Tout, le logement est magnifique, propre, tout est bien pensé, chambre spacieuse, lits très confortables, clim silencieuse.Tout pour le petit déjeuner. Davide nous a très bien renseigné et nous avons tout fait à pied en suivant son guide de visite, c'était parfait.
