A really lovely property to stay in Mt Gambier, the hosts have many great inclusions coffee machine, wifi, electric blankets, bar heaters in the bedrooms to make sure your stay in comfortable. Not to mention the beautiful old school bath that was magnificent. My friend and I were in town to attend a wedding and the two double bedrooms worked well for us, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Mount Gambier.

Suburban, quiet property. It was good to have more space for the family than a motel would have provided. Heaters available for each space was appreciated.
Main bedroom bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was adequate, but more homely than pristine/hotel standard. Informed *after* booking that they would close off bedrooms they deemed unecessary for the number of guests - didn't affect us as 2 adults + 2 kids (all 3 bedrooms open) but it should be disclosed before booking.
