The apartment was excellent and also very clean on arrival with a lift up to the door of the apartment. Rooms were a good size especially the room with the two singles. The A/C inside was more than adequate especially with the fans fitted on the ceilings helping move the air around. The apartment had all the amenities required for a lovely stay including some small touches that were nice like quality hand soap in the bathroom, lovely towels and crockery. Everything in the apartment felt quite new. It eels very modern and is decorated beautifully throughout, smart tv had all the apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney and Apple meaning you could log into watch something if required. The apartment block is mainly occupied by Spanish families who were all very nice including an elderly lady who helped explain how the fob entry system worked. It was nice not to be surrounded by the usual holiday masses you get in some places. The swimming pool is excellent with grass all the way around, it was not busy at all, busiest times seemed to be early evenings when some young families and other people living in the apartment block would socialise around and in the pool, this made our stay feel a bit more authentic and different from other holidays which was nice. We stayed with our teenage son and wanted to be in a good location near the beach and the old town. The beach was about a 10 minute stroll and the old town was about 5 minutes away.
I can't fault the apartment. the location, the swimming pool or the hosts.

Ottimo punto da dove raggiungere il mare,5 min.di cammino x arrivare in spiaggia dove fare una bella passeggiata da levante a ponente ....zona tranquilla con piscina annessa nel giardino del palazzo.....con un taxi arrivando alla stazione del tram si può visitare in venti minuti Altea e in un'ora Alicante stupende ....poi in bus si può arrivar a Valencia x chi nn vuole fare solo mare
Nn c'è stato nulla che nn mi sia piaciuto....
