Location was central
Only one key, so although more people can stay there they can’t split up. Also, the stairs were tough with luggage. It was to find.

Location and apartment itself
Building facilities were in a bad shape we have to go 4 floors from Basement to level 2 walking on floors with mold and humidity. Besides, very noisy with the bar where people were doing water pipes and yelling all night. It was scary getting in the night with homeless people around. We found at least 3 cockroaches in the apartment and many more in the garage.
