Great proximity to our family for Christmas visit
Easy access to holiday park and property - good instructions
Easy parking at property
Loads of space, comfy beds and 2 great showers. Well equipped kitchen - only used it to make breakfast.
Once we got the heating working it was very warm and cosy.
Great responses from the owners even though it was the Christmas holidays.
Brilliant that they accepted pets.
Would definitely book again if available, when we next visit family.
Minor issue with the heating - shame it wasn’t on for our arrival, especially as we’d submitted an arrival time. However the response was immediate and very helpful. Thank you
I’d recommend an instruction/information manual we had to do a bit of searching and guess work for the heating.

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, two bathrooms, free parking, outside deck, good location.
Although not major, the accommodation does need a bit of maintenance.

Location to York
Property had a musty smell and needed a good clean. No lighting outside in the dark which was hazardous on our arrival as the ramp was slippery due to wet leaves. Birds nesting on roof causing noise in the morning.
