The location is really good. You're in town, in front of a parking lot that's about 15€ / day; once you're there, you don't need a car at all.
The place was small; the bathroom door was almost see-through for some reason, so you could see what the other person was doing in the bathroom. And it's so small you can't really go anywhere else not to see it.
No shower curtain or door, so the whole bathroom would get wet after every shower.
It's very loud as it's on the ground level, so you hear everybody who's walking by; there were a lot of loud teenagers gathering outside the place.
To me, the price didn't match the comfort level for the area.

Все зрозуміло, та чисто, гарні власники
Не вистачило наліпки з доступами до вайфая, але власник швидко відповів, і надав все. Також було б супер повісити дзеркало біля входу або на шкаф.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist schön.
Das Check in war unkompliziert
Das Fenster ist mit blickdichter Folie beklebt so dass man nicht raus sehen kann. Lässt man es offen um zu lüften, kommt eine Katze herein gesprungen. Es ist ziemlich eng. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Es ist sehr feucht und es gibt mehrere Schimmelflecken. Die ganze Nacht war Wasserrauschen und diverse andere Geräusche zu hören.
