What we appreciated most of all was being allowed to check in early — it was a true treat after an early flight to Palermo. Another great advantage was the location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient.
The suites are lovely, but a few minor renovations and updates would make them even better. For example, the bathroom door rosette and shower cabin baseboard need fixing.

Great convenient location by the train station. Super clean and had everything you need for a nights stay.

It was right beside the station. It had a lovely balcony. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and helped me with my suitcase up and down the stairs (12 flights).
