Location is prime, steps from the Pantheon and numerous restaurants. Small grocery stores, gelateria and cafes are also nearby.
There was a dishwasher but I would have had to buy a whole box of detergent for it to use it a couple of times. It would've been nice if the owner left 2-3 tablets for my use.
The place was pretty clean. But the corners need more attention. I happen to drop a black sock and it was covered in dust when I picked it up.
I can handle noise, but for those sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs.
Note: there is no elevator. Going up and down to the 3rd floor was fine without luggage. But I had a hard time getting my luggage up the first evening. My host had someone help me when I left.
The air conditioner is the canopy room didn't work very well. I didn't use the second bedroom so I can't comment on that one.

The location is great, the appartment is ok on the inside, very clean, towels, but no bath ammenities. Beds are soft, but squeky and deteriorated.
The property is on the 3rd floor on a filthy building, no elevater, the stairway is dirty, dumpsters and smells all the time, plus the building is under construction, windows have fixture outside and dust barriers, so no air or view, plus one bedroom is on a very noisy street.

"Fabulous location. Right at the Pantheon, easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Roman Forum. Great air con which was needed as it was so hot. Good size rooms and comfy beds."
