The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in.
The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC.
It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant.
Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee.
This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.

The room was great, the staff was fantastic and the amenities were adequate. The food at the restaurant was good but a little pricey. All in all a fantastic place to stay.
