The staff were very kind and helpful. The public areas of the hotel were beautiful. The room was a failure. We were told the use of the minibar was included. It had two bottles of water and a handful of small candies. The room itself was simply old, but the mattress itself was a disaster, especially for a 4/star hotel. The sides sagged completely. When I sat down, the top of the mattress collapsed completely onto the bottom. I complained to the front desk staff. There was no option to change rooms. They did send a bottle of champagne, but we do not drink, so it was simply a genuine kindness. The mattress was changed and was better before our second night. If the first night the mattress rated 0 on a scale of 1 to 5, on the second night it would rate 2. I had paid extra for an upgraded room and the staff kindly refunded that charge. I would advise travelers to check the quality of the mattress before accepting a room at this hotel. BTW, on the second day the minibar had been stocked.

Spent 8 days with family on vacation. The hotel is centrally located to underground, and all the major sites are no more than 25 min walk. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
