The staff was very friendly. The hotel is the Covent Garden area, very close to historic sites and attractions, plenty of restaurants around the area and many transportation options

This will be my new go to hotel when I visit London, which I do often. The location is perfect, and the room you get for the amount you pay is fantastic

The room was clean and reflective of what was shown in photos. Any issues we had were managed by the hotel immediately. Staff was super helpful. Air conditioning worked great! Especially during the heat wave. The location is so convenient. Close to many trains and buses. Walking distance to great restaurants and the West End. Definitely planning on staying here again.
