The staff at this hotel went out of their way to be accommodating. It is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around and see the sights in London

Staff was helpful every day of our stay. We had to change rooms -- first was odiferous; second was noisy; but the third was just right. Nalid, Jake abd Bianca were stellar. The Grand Hotel side of the building is preferable to CQ rooms (the latter need updating). The A/C worked in each room during a mjor heat wave. The lounge was quiet and well-equipped with tea and coffees. The free water was a huge bonus as well. We loved our 9-day stay. We hope to return next year.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Close enough to Trafalgar Square to walk but very quiet.
