The location was great for visiting the convention center that weekend and parking was easy and cheap. The room wasn't super clean though and the breakfast was minimal at best.

Could've been cleaner but served it's purpose
Someone's eye extension was stuck to a plastic wrapped straw in the hotel room, presumably from a previous guest, so that was kinda gross.
The chair had a stain but wasn't the worst I guess.
The bed was clean, all around it was alright.
The desk clerk was a little rude to a guest around the end of breakfast time.
