The rooms are small but very clean and modern, we were very comfortable

Accommodations were nice, clean and near our activities. However, there is a homeless problem in the area which made our trip less than ideal both when outside the hotel and in our room (woken up to sound of screaming outside our room). Also, charging $43/night for parking is outrageous.

All of the staff were really helpful. The hotel is nicely situated close to restaurants and the Convention Center. The breakfast and bar menu choices were excellent. Be aware that the valet parking charge is $43 per night and that there is very little convenient self-parking nearby.

Check in in valet parking was great. I was told the restaurant would be open until 11:00. I wasn't told there was construction or maintenance being done in the hallways to my room so that look tacky. I made it a point to arrive back at the hotel early enough to get dinner at 10:30 and the restaurant was closed. That was very disappointing. My room was amazing bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The heater in the room was so loud we eventually shut it off so we could sleep the rest of the night, then it was too cold to be comfortable. Staff was wonderful but unprepared for a fully booked hotel. Only two kitchen staff for breakfast, couldnt keep up and buffet barely had any food. People had to wait 30 minutes to get an omlet.

liked the location near Moda Center. Convenient for events there. Didn't like the parking fees, the valet parking and still being expected to tip the valet parking person, at the motel.

Was there for a concert at Moda Center. Very easy 10 minute walk! Friendly service and easy check-in. They were very accommodating to early arrival as well. Only disappointing thing was bar and restaurant were not open while there. Of course there’s plenty of places around the area!

Room I got was on the 2nd floor facing busy street. It was pretty noise. However it was clean and had good amenities. I'd give it 6 out of 10

Hotel was very clean and staff was excellent. Only issue is that if you do not use the valet service to park your vehicle, you must park on the street.

Nice staff , bar need help they are understaffed. Not serving food until 4:00 pm is A problem. Not selling coffee after breakfast is another issue . Why should you leave $2.00 to $4.00 on the table? Over all its. Great place because of the front desk awesome personality and kindness. Thank you guys I really appreciated.

I was worried about parking and the safety of my car. The hotel only has street parking, but they do have valet parking in a locked garage for $30 nightly. It was worth the peace of mind for myself. The hotel is nice! The lobby was great, really big, lots of seating. A bar and a restaurant inside the lobby. The elevator is keycard activated to reach the floors which is an added peace of mind. The hallways did smell like weed which made my husband and myself laugh. Not a big deal, it wasn’t horrible just a faint smell. The smell did not seep into the room at all! Big plus. The room was nice and clean. Overall I would stay again. Breakfast was not included but I enjoyed the food.

When checking in we had to wait a good 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. I reserved a room for 4 adults. The sofa bed was a complete joke!! It was the size of a twin and VERY uncomfortable!! It was the worst bed and sleep that we ever had. I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it.

No free parking in the facility. Relatively old facility. Surrounding areas do not feel safe, can see homeless/drug like people hanging around in the street and even lay down on walk way around next to the Safeway store nearby

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are great the rooms were clean and comfortable and it’s in a good location for what we wanted. The only thing I didn’t like was whatever they cleaned with downstairs was horriblely perfumey and set my allergies off! So we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so I could breathe

When we arrived there was a blood stain on the sheets. Nobody cleaned the room or stopped to see if we needed anything. The first night we were starving and the restaurant was open until 10. We went there at 8:30 and by 9:30 nobody had even acknowledged we were there. We finally went up and ordered food from the bartended. Good food but the staff just seemed anxious to get out of there. The front desk staff was very friendly though. They were the saving grace.

Staff was kind & excellent. Hotel, room & rest of facilities were average. They missed housekeeping twice in our 5 days stay. Regardless of our reminders. When we asked for compensation for that, the response was less than adequate. They could not even leave off the car parking charge when we asked.
