Decent for a night's sleep after an event at the Rose Quarter.

Location and price are exceptional. Great spot to stay when attending events at the Rose Quarter.

The rooms could benefit from some updates in amenities. But it met our needs for a place to sleep within walking distance of the concert and the train station. Wouldn't stay for more than a night.

Terrific location that made attending the event easy. Knocking on door and window at 4:30am.

The location is outstanding. Great for any event at Moda. Sheets were clean.

Room was damaged and ill equipped (no hair dryer, microwave or heat). Cold with very thin blankets. Unclean carpet and bathroom. Safety concerns, not kid friendly. Hidden parking fee.

Location to Moda Center was terrific! Staff was great for check in. Bed was comfortable.

Advertised breakfast, but lobby was locked with a sign to leave key cards in night drop window. No staff present for check out. Room did not look like pictures online.

Disappointing

The location was very close to where we needed to be that next morning, they had coffee in the room for you and they were fairly quiet at night. That I was given back the $50.00 deposit and the $10.00 parking fee I was charged upon checking in during checkout the following morning and for an older hotel in downtown was able to find d food options and shopping very convenient. The floor was clean and the room smelled clean and not like old stale smoke or like it was a room that pets were allowed in. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very large and the shower had good hot water as well as great water pressure.

That one of the 2 beds were not maid and the sheets wedding folded on the bed in a pile and the top comforter was in one of the chairs at the table by the window and the pillows were on the table in between the 2 beds and well as the ice machine did t work and the bathtub didn't look like it was really cleaned out as some hair from someone was in the bath matt And they didn't have a microwave or hairdryer in room

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights, good location and friendly staff.

The location was excellent being that we were in town for a concert at Veterans Memorial Coliseum and it was right across the street. Staff were very friendly also.

Short & Sweet

We loved how close it was to Moda Center, just a quick 6 ish minute walk! it was a dinky little hotel but it was cute for what it was worth. the lady that checked us in was very kind!

the property did need a face lift, just a few dings & scratches. nothing terribly wrong though! it is right next to a busy roadway, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s something to consider!

Our Trailblazer game adventure began at the Roadway Inn, and we were not dissapointed.

There was no breakfast served but I think it was listed online as having breakfast. It's older but it's in a prime location and my son and I had Trailblazer tickets and literally walked across the street to the Moda Center. Our adventure was perfect and we enjoyed not overpaying for what we got. It was safe and we felt right at home for the night.

It met every expectation I had for the older, yet inexpensive, hotel in the most perfect of locations. Well run, lots of security camera's and no troubles at all. Smelled a little, but the bed was comfy and the linens were nice and new. Great pillows and our own parking lot.

Disappointing

Great location but room had filler unpainted, mini-fridge froze out leftovers which ruined them for us. Blankets had cigarette holes. Bathroom lights both went out one morning

I homeless person sleeping up against our door, shaking the door handle. management didn’t care, or offer to switch rooms.

Not terrible but not very good either. The price was right though!

The bed was VERY comfortable & it was pretty quiet. It was also close to where I needed to be.

The TV reception was a major issue, the bedding had stains & holes (but was clean), a lamp didn't work (it was rather dark in there) & the place really needs some upkeep & repairs. Stains on the carpet & a broken glass picture frame.

Great crash pad when going to watch a late show at Moda Center. Area around is sketchy.

Location veru close to Moda Center where we needed to go.

The room smells old, the rug is old and slimy, and malfunctioning lights in the washroom. No breakfast but website indicates that there is included breakfast.

The location was perfect. We went to Kumoricon at the convention center.

We were wanting a continental breakfast which they offered but it just ended up being choice of orange juice, coffee, and store bought pastries that seemed stale.

Deposit mania

I like the location ,it was quiet and affordable

They charged me $50 deposit for everynight I stayed . Plus $ 10 parking fee for every night I was there. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned

Super close to venue.

They charge guest parking even though they give you a tag to put in the window and charge concert goers money. You have my license plate and DL ... why charge parking for guest when they have caps?

Very inexpensive great location for Moda

Extremely convenient location. Less than a 5-minute walk to MODA. Very inexpensive, you get what you pay for.

It's a pretty busy area in the mornings so it wasn't easy to sleep in, but that was expected. The bed was definitely not the most comfortable, also expected. The small shampoo bottle in the shower had previously been used, not replaced. Really not that big of a deal.
