We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Surfers Paradise and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a bright, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Our room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and great views. Everything felt high quality without being overly formal.
One of the standout features is the pool area, which is exceptional. The lagoon-style pool with the sandy beach and the saltwater fish experience really sets this property apart. It feels more like a resort than a city hotel, which made our stay feel like a true getaway.
The location is also ideal—close enough to Surfers Paradise to access restaurants, shops, and the beach easily, but just far enough away to feel calm and quiet.
Overall, this is a well-run hotel that delivers a premium experience without losing a personal touch. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing escape on the Gold Coast.
