The gentleman (Aisan) at the concierge provided us with a wonderful welcome. He was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. While we were waiting for our room, he took the time to explain the activities and facilities available within the hotel for our 2-year-old. He also came back to check on us and reassured us that our room would be ready soon, as our little one had fallen asleep in the lobby. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and care.
In fact, all the staff we encountered, including those at the pool and breakfast restaurant, were lovely, welcoming and attentive. Their excellent service made our family stay even more enjoyable!

The pools are amazing! It was the best part!
I paid $1,379 for the stay, plus $30 for the carpark when we arrived. The room was mid at best. We have a very curious toddler, so we found out all about how dirty it was under beds.
At night something was rattling then and again. Probably pipes. It was very loud and was disturbing the sleep.
Ducted air conditioning was blowing right at the beds. We adjusted it, but it didn’t change much.
It was also my husband’s 40th birthday. I mentioned it during the booking, as I had a good experience with other hotels making a stay a little bit more special for birthdays or anniversaries. It wouldn’t take much to simply put a complimentary chocolate. Instead I was offered to hire a balloon company. The hotel didn’t do anything to acknowledge my husband’s birthday.
It’s a $1,400 stay excluding breakfast. Overall I am very disappointed.
