The whole complex was beautiful and we loved the gym and picketball.
The food we felt was very over priced and no one reminded you “do you have a Marriott club card” to get the discount so we missed out on $400 was very disappointed with this. Then we got charged for a transfer to the airport that we didn’t order one month later. So the credit card was still open on file.

Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Loved the pool and lagoon with fish.
Check in process took forever even though it wasn’t busy. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first day even though we had put the service light on in the morning and came back after 5pm. Had to call to get it cleaned. The other days it was cleaned but randomly things weren’t done such as milk not replaced, or the lids from the room service were left behind for days (still there when we checked out). Bathroom stuff wasn’t replenished either. Was very strange particularly for this kind of luxury resort.

Room was decent size, nice view, clean.
Pool(s) nice.
Room not made up despite having left hotel at 7am - came back at 2pm and room not made up. This happened twice.
Waiting for far too long to be seated at breakfast (wasn't even a busy time). Staff just ignoring the queue.
Gave up on breakfast on Sunday morning as queue too long.
Clock in room wrong - had to set the time (minor gripe).
Staff in Chapter & Verse ignore you.
Room Service menu very limited. Silly time restrictions for certain items.
Rude staff by pool.
