The driver who uses a white pillow behind his back was not helpful. I had to ask the driver to open the back so we could load our luggage and he sat in the van and asked ( Do you have more than that) I said we have enough. So he got out and opened it. This was our 4th time coming and going from you hotel in 2 days and this guy is our 4th different driver. I don't know any of their names.

Stayed here over the holiday weekend and overall had a good experience. The hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were both fast and simple, and the water was consistently hot for showers every morning which was appreciated.
The only issue during our stay was that our room was turned over late on the second day, but it was only that one time. There were also a lot of kids at the hotel, but that was expected due to the holiday weekend.
The pool area on the first level had a pretty strong chlorine smell at first, although we seemed to get used to it as the stay went on. But honestly not a bad thing if you really think about it. Breakfast was hot and decent each morning. My only suggestion would be to offer more non-pork breakfast options.
Overall, still a pleasant stay and I would consider staying again.
