Very poor

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

The bed was hard as a brick and was very painful. I checked out a day early. The room was also tiny. Very micro

Excellent stay

The location is close to the highway, airport and Mall of America; the room is big, quiet and clean; the staff are very friendly; the parking lots are adequate.

Overall it a good overnight.

Clean and spacious.

Difficult to access property; you have to go around the block and enter via an urgent care parking lot. Bathroom is teeny and towels are thin but plenty. Freezer in fridge completely full of frost.

Bang for yo buck!

Newly renovated. Room is very clean. Good breakfast! 15 minute drive to MOA. Close to grocery and restaurants. Microwave and fridge makes it a big winner for us!

Carpet can be updated. You will also hear guest with heavy foot or loud TV from other rooms if it's really quiet.

The bathroom showed signs of a previous guest use. The shower could have been cleaner.

Cozy rooms freshly remodeled

Rooms look newly remodeled. They are very cozy and I liked that the window sill is a couch you can sit on and gaze out the window. Hot water available 24/7 is nice if you want a hot beverage or make some instant noodles. Woman at the front desk was very friendly too.

Hot water took a bit to warm up.

Superb

clean, well-lit, breakfast in the morning, the night clerk who wore the niqab was *delightful* and helped accommodate extra requests.

It was comfy but could be improved for the price of the room.

When we arrived, our check-in receptionist was very cherry and we felt so welcomed from that. The room was clean when we entered it. The bed was very soft and comfortable. It was very easy to check-out.

I wished it did have a refrigerator because most of our leftovers couldn't be saved. I also didn't like how the Wi-Fi kept dying and it was SUPER SLOW! The television was messing up so half the night the screen was pink and purple. We couldn't change any channels. One of the towels that we had also had some orange stains and that kind of made me scared to use the other ones in case it had more stains that I can't see on there.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very very noisy. You could hear everything from the hallway and the room next door.
