Check in was great, had to have one key card redone, breakfast and coffee was great. We only had 2 bath towels in the room. Had to get cups for coffee and bathroom, had enough coffee for only 1 person in the room with no cream or sugar packets. Asked for the shuttle for a ride to the airport the day I checked in, the day I needed to go to the airport first thing in the morning I was not on the list, so I ended up taking an Uber instead to the airport.

Fridge did not cool enough. They should have provided at least one large towel for each guest. Instead, there was only one medium size (more like a small) and four or five hand towels.
Food: eggs had cheese in it which is not great for lactose intolerant guests.
Clean room and nearby dining options.
