uncomfortable and not satisfied.

the staff was kind.

there was a violent commotion upon checking in time with other guests which required the full attention of the one staff onsite. the police was called. this commotion definitely impacted our safety and level of comfortability. the property itself felt a little under cared for no old. we ended up leaving after checking in. before leaving we asked for two different rooms because the quality of the rooms were not met. one room had doors that were not working. the second room did not have cords to turn on the heater or AC.

Bug crawling in room. Stains, dirty microwave, rude check in. Waited 5 minutes apparently we interrupted a show that couldn't be shut off.

`The room is spacious, has all the facilities you need as desk, chair, armchair, TV, bed is comfortable.

The bathroom is old. The kitchen does not have any kitchen utensils, nor pots - but you can borrow them. The rooms are old and not everything might be working. There is a stron smell of smoke and food in the hostel.

It was our worst hotel stay.

Location was great for visiting the mall and having access to a lot of nearby shopping and food.

When we arrived to a non-smoking building, we didn’t expect to walk into a room that had a potent smell of cigarette smoke. We immediately requested a new room, which took 3 attempts to find a room that was appropriately prepared and didn’t stink. Our room that we then stayed in for two nights was not clean, didn’t have any kitchen supplies, and very run down furniture. The only reason we stayed was because I’m moving across the country with my two cats and very few hotels allow cats. The staff helping us with the room changes was understanding, but only reduced our $200 booking by about $30. Still not worth the cost.

Nothing

My room was absolutely filthy. I found rotting food in the refrigerator. The bathroom toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while, urine and feces on the toilet seat. Counter top was filthy. When I entered my room, the tv was on and the bed all messed up. I had to clean the whole room and change the bed linens myself. Will never stay nor recommend anyone to stay there. Absolutely disgusting.

Waited for 2 hours to be checked in.

I got there after my 5 hour drive and nobody was at the lobby. I waited for 1 hour, made tons of calls and nobody was there to check me in. After going out for dinner and coming back I still has to wait 30 mnts to be checked in. Worst experience ever.

A little shady...

The location and its next to tons of shops

When I arrived, there was tons of people chain smoking right at the entrance. Then I waited for 15 mins for the front desk personnel to show up and he had to go look at a room to see if it was available before checking me in. Once checked in, walking thru the walls and doors looked scuffed up and looks like no one cleans. Some shady characters in the hallways, felt like it was a crack house, with the smell and energy. My room looked ok, but I def wouldn’t have stayed if I had children with me. Seems like sketchy stuff go on there.... I think you need a deep clean and renovation to the look of the hotel.
