I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma.
Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel.
The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi.
Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice, centrally located, nice outdoor beach and pool area. The rooms and bathrooms were good, but my biggest concern that I would give 1 star to was the bed and pillows. Horrible!!!!! My husband and I shared a king size bed, every time 1 of us would move, the other would get tossed up like a trampoline. The pillows felt like bricks. Didn't sleep well the entire week we spend there.
