Beautiful hotel-peaceful and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and the whole hotel inside and out was kept extremely clean and fresh. The smell around the hotel, even the putside areas was lovely! We loved the comfortable loungers and there were plenty available in various areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the adults rooftop pool and the views from there were spectacular. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-thank you to all the lovely staff.
One minor issue- the concierge. You need to double check everything as they got many things mixed up with bookings and taxis during our stay. We raised this during our stay and the manager took note of this. However, they were lovely and polite. Theh just need a better, more efficient system which I’m sure they’ll work out.

I have never loved a hotel more. The staff are constantly trying to make sure you have the best day of your life. The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back! Special thanks to the concierge also who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend
