wonderful breakfast and location. downstairs rooms have door to outside sitting area. adjacent to gondola 2 block walk to main street. nice clean beds and bathrooms. casual pub for libations and snacks and gathering / main floor of building, next to lobby.

Great place to stay in Telluride!! Great Location! We have stayed there before, actually several times in the last 20 years, well maintained property!! However, be aware of the “resort fees” that the hotel tacks on now!! It was a surprise..even the “self parking” there is a “resort fees” SEPARATE!! HUMMMMM
